Season 14 PTR Now Live + Anniversary Cosmetic Delayed
PTR 3.1 is Live
The Season 14 PTR experienced a brief delay this morning but is now live. If you pre-downloaded last night, you're good to jump in. If not, grab it from Battle.net and get testing - the PTR runs through June 9.

PTR 3.1.0 Known Issues
Blizzard published the official known issues list for the PTR. Here's what to watch out for while testing:
War Plans - Using Mrak boosts before completing the campaign activates a blank War Plans board. Complete the campaign first.
Crafting and Cube - There are widespread issues with the new Mythic crafting and affix modification systems. Crafted Mythics may roll below max item level, affixes may fail to apply or behave inconsistently after modification, and some Cube operations can lock items out of further changes. The "Upgrade to Mythic" tooltip also doesn't mention the item must be Ancestral, and currently lets you use Iconic Mythics as input material when it shouldn't.
Talisman Sets - Several class-specific set bonuses have issues:
- Ring of Starless Skies Charm is non-functional
- Warlock's Harash's Shadow set doesn't boost damage when consuming the last Shadowform stack
- Warlock's Abaddon set causes skill upgrades to cast as different upgrades
- Sorcerer's Tal Rasha set casts a stationary Ball Lightning instead of the intended effect
- Sorcerer's Habalcava's Cauldron set effects persist after unequipping
- Paladin's Righteous Will set doesn't reflect enemy knockback
Class Issues - Sorcerer abilities can enter infinite cooldown states when dismounting between subzones. Warlock characters can get stuck underground after certain skills. Barbarian Rallying Cry can stun the caster in multiplayer. Various damage inconsistencies across Rogue, Druid, Necromancer, and Paladin.
