Lord of Hatred Developer Update Livestream - April 23
Blizzard has announced another Developer Update Livestream for April 23 at 11:00 a.m. PT, this time focused on the Lord of Hatred expansion launching just five days later on April 28.
What's Being Covered
This stream is the final deep dive before launch. The team will cover:
- New Class Skill Trees - the overhauled skill trees for all classes
- The Talisman System - Charms, Seals, and Set Bonuses
- Horadric Cube - crafting recipes and item modification
- New Endgame Systems - War Plans, Echoing Hatred, and more
- Upcoming Seasonal Updates
There will be a Q&A segment at the end. Blizzard has also confirmed they'll post a recap article with a video of the stream afterward for anyone who misses it live.

Twitch Drops - Two Free Cosmetics
Watch any stream in the Diablo IV category with drops enabled to earn:
- 30 minutes - Decaying Corona (Staff cosmetic)
- 1 hour - Double Trouble (Sword cosmetic)
You have until April 24 at 10:59 a.m. PT to earn these drops. Make sure your Battle.net and Twitch accounts are linked - you can do that here. Drops must be manually claimed on Twitch (channel page or Drops Inventory) and won't deliver automatically.
Quick notes on the drops:
- You don't need to own Diablo IV or Vessel of Hatred to earn them
- You can switch between eligible channels without losing progress
- Background tabs and inactive streams don't count toward watch time
- Claimed drops expire in 7 days if your Battle.net account isn't linked
