Blizzard has announced their next Developer Update Livestream for March 5 at 11 a.m. PST, and this one is a big deal. We're getting an in-depth look at the Warlock class and a deeper dive into what's coming with Season 12.
What's Being Covered
The stream will feature members of the Diablo IV development team breaking down two major topics:
The Warlock: We'll finally get a sweeping look at the game's upcoming class, described as a demonologist born of Vizjerei blood. Expect details on the Warlock's origins, occult talents, skills, and class mastery systems.
Season 12: The team will go further into the Killstreak system, Bloodstained items, and more of what's arriving with the next season.
The stream will also include a Q&A segment at the end, giving the community a chance to ask the dev team questions directly.
Where to Watch
You can catch the livestream live on any of Rizarjay's channels:
If you miss it, replays will be available on the Diablo YouTube and Twitch channels afterward.
Twitch Drops - Two Free Cosmetics
If you tune in on Twitch during the livestream, you can earn two weapon cosmetics just by watching any stream in the Diablo IV category with drops enabled:
- 30 minutes - Omen's Glimpse (Wand cosmetic)

- 1 hour - Syphon of Malefaction (Scythe cosmetic)

You have until March 6 at 11:59 p.m. PT to earn these drops. Make sure your Battle.net and Twitch accounts are linked. You can do that here. And remember, you need to manually claim the drops on Twitch (either on the channel page or in your Drops Inventory) - they won't be delivered automatically.
A few quick notes on the drops:
- You don't need to own Diablo IV or Vessel of Hatred to earn them.
- You can switch between eligible channels without losing progress.
- Drops must be claimed within 7 days or they expire.
- Background tabs and inactive streams do not count toward watch time.
Mark Your Calendar
This is shaping up to be one of the bigger streams in a while - our first real look at the Warlock and more concrete details on Season 12 ahead of its expected launch in March. We'll have full coverage and breakdowns after the stream airs.
