[S13] Minions (Leveling)

This only highlights decent items. This doesn't hide anything. Useful for noobs especially.

Just follows the item rules of the attached build. While leveling, you probably want to be able to still salvage stuff, so this is just here as a helper. 

• Decent items are all CYAN colored #00E0FF.
• ALL Codex upgrades are RED #FF0000.
• (Summoner Specific) Uniques that are useful for the build are YELLOW #FFBE00.
