This is a full endgame Necromancer build.
It will require at least two mythic uniques; Heir of Perdition and Starless Skies.
It will require normal uniques; Temerity, Banished Lords Talisman, Mutilator Plate.
Charms and Seal Requirements; Blood Binder Charm Set and Red Blessing Charm are a must. Aim for Ranks to Blood Skills and Max Life on all charms. At minimum, Max Life. Red Blessing, the intrinsic affixes do not matter. We are using it for the Overpower stack multi.
